Please note, while we will aim to have all orders dispatched and delivered based on the dates above, this is a very busy time of year for our warehouse and couriers and delays may occur up until Friday 6th January.

Orders will take between 2-5 working days to be delivered.

In our busy periods orders may be delayed.
If your parcel has not been delivered 7 days after ordering, please contact us at sales@naio.co.uk or send us a message over Facebook, as we are unable to track down parcels after 3 weeks.

ORDERING ONLINE:

1) Just add your item(s) to the online shopping cart.
2) Click on the shopping basket and check that everything is correct.
3) Once you are happy with your order, click on the checkout page near the top right hand corner of the screen.
4) At the checkout stage, fill in the shipping details, making sure to complete all the required fields and submit it to our secure online payments gateway using your credit or debit card.
(All orders must be paid for before we ship. Most major credit/debit cards are accepted)

Please ensure that your order is correct before paying as we will not be able to amend your order after it has been placed and paid for.


ORDERING OVER THE PHONE:

We are happy to take your order over the phone you can do this by calling us on: +44 (0)191 645 6246
For security and fraud prevention purposes, we do not store your card information.
If you do not want to give your card details over the phone (e.g large orders) and would like to pay via Credit or Debit card, a payment link will be sent to your email address where you can pay for your order securely through the Cardsave/3D Secure Payment system.
If you have placed the order over the phone and would like to pay via a bank transfer please advise the agent and payment information will be emailed to you.


PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER:

Credit or Debit Card:
We are able to accept most Credit or Debit Cards (except American Express).
All cards are processed securely and you will be required to submit credit card validation through the online 3D Secure system.

PayPal:
To pay for your order by PayPal, simply select PayPal during the checkout process and follow the PayPal instructions. You do not need a PayPal account to checkout using PayPal.

If you have placed the order over the phone and would like to pay via PayPal, a payment request can be sent directly to your PayPal account. This will be visible when you log in to your PayPal Account.

IBAN/SWIFT/Bank Transfer
Details of how to make a payment are displayed in the 'Payment' stage of checkout. This information will also be emailed to you.
